Any ideas what may be wrong with my chicken ??? UPDATE 5/10

Well today is day 5 of the corid and the little hen seems fine so I put her back in with the rest of the flock.
Thanks so much to all who gave me good advice that helped me save this one. I consider myself to be pretty lucky. I am new to chickens and have raised 23 chicks this year. This is te only one who got sick and I didn't lose any of them. I ws prepared to lose a couple but none so far.
