Hmm, they do look cute and healthy. Taking pictures of them in another 6 to 8 weeks and posting them for us is your best bet at finding out what breed they are and possibly sex too.

The second pic looks like a barred rock maybe?? Is there a spot on top of the head?? And The first looks like a Gold or maybe silver laced Wyandotte. Cuties!

Yes, that second one does look a lot like our Barred Rock. Possible! You'll know more as they grow.

I'm hoping that the second one is a barred rock!!! Fingers crossed! And no spot on the top of the head as of now. The top of the head almost has a slight brownish tint to it. They are so cute.

All black barred birds have a white/cream spot on the top of the head. No spot means no barring.
