Florida. 1 yr old. Eating and laying well. Checked for mites and lice and she’s clean. Coop and free range throughout day. The other hens seem to be pecking at her some. Wondering if separation might be needed for a short bit

Is it possible to get some pictures of the set up? How many birds in how much space?
She may be bottom of the pecking order and getting picked on, more space might make that less of an issue. Sometimes most of the picking happens on the roosts. She also could be ill, which is drawing pecking from the others. Some observation might provide some clues. Removing her means having to reintegrate later, if she's already bottom of the order, that's not going to help. If it's only one bird picking on her then removing that bird for a time might help. If there are any birds that don't pick on her, then separating her with those for a time also might help, then she would hopefully gain friends and reintegration would go smoother, it's usually easier to reintegrate two or more rather than a single bird. If you have to separate her then I would do it in a wire crate within the coop/run so she is still with the flock. Figuring out if it's simply bullying, or if there is something else going on with that bird makes a difference in what is best to do.
