I have had over 40 chickens, some duck . An a lot of guinie hens . But I have a 6 month old red hen was outside feeding them an a young rooster jumped on her . I walked over towards him he ran off . An she didn’t want to move . After 15 mins I picked her up an moved her an she was limping. This was on Saturday. I separated her . Sunday I went out she was limping when she got up. Monday I checked on her she was laying on her side . I looked her over . No broken bones no flinching when touching an moving her legs . Her tendon is fine . So I thought it was warm she was sunning her self. When I went to close the coop up she was almost on her back with her leg curled up . She was eating an drinking an hour earlier when I looked her over. Not sure what is wrong an I don’t have an avi vet anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. Thank u
Here is a pic of her .

She must have an injury somewhere. Did you check her knee?

Maybe there's a spinal injury that happened in her back, or her neck possibly?

Do you know what a chicken sling is? It would probably benefit her to be put in a sling on and off several hours a day so she can experience being upright and not have to bear weight on the injured leg, if it is a leg injury

I worry a little about possible Mareks disease. The rooster might have jumped onto her if she was limping or showing some odd behevior or movements. Was she vaccinated for Mareks? I would make her a nest or a chicken sling to get her upright and offer some food and water within her reach. Hopefully, it is not Mareks, but it can show up at this age. Here is some reading:

Did he just jump on her like he was mating or did he attack her?
I would recheck all of her just to make sure there's no bruising or wounds that may be causing her troubles.
I agree, Marek's does come to mind.

If she's just laying on her side unable to really move, then you will need to ensure she's getting hydration. Tube or syringe fluids into. Add some poultry vitamins if you have them.
Once she's hydrated see if she can eat a bit of feed.

He is a 7 month old rooster. Trying to mate . She is eating an drinking . My wife is a nurse . I was holding our hen for 15-20 mins an she went thru her whole body looking waiting for to jump or move . Only time my hen really gets upset when I put her back down . And she tries to get up an can’t. Started half a baby aspirin.
thank u you
