Any Oct 6 hatches? (14 CHICKS TOTAL!!! 3 days early! PICS!!!!!)

We just came home and I heard peeping. I called to my husband and we went to take a look. At the sound of my voice the peeping stopped. Looking in the incubator window, we saw one had hatched. It is just laying there and I have not seen it move. Do they "play dead" when they hear sudden noises and see faces peering at them?

Its walking around now. Maybe it was just exhausted from hatching.

Ok, here's the first 6 (these are all Barred/Blue Rocks)...

There's one more drying off and another trying to get out. Only 17 left after that...lol. And I'm only on day 20!

Mine is still drying off, so it looks a little bedraggled. It acts like it is exhausted.

Mine that's still drying off acts exhausted too. I think maybe they are all tired after working to break out of the shell.

We have 4 pips, and they are 3 days early, as well.

They're pipped, chirping, and wiggling, but no zipping yet.

Still 13..... My lavender x partridge silkie pipped on the side where it is against the wire. I added water to hype up the humidity, I hope she hatches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please pray she makes it!!!!!!!!!!!

My hen had 2 chicks hatch yesterday, and one today. All were early. There are still 5 more eggs in the hatcher, that don't have pips or peeps or anything, but the veins still look good, so they must just be on time!
