I haven't really had too many paranormal experiences, which is a little disappointing considering how much I love the paranormal! LOL
I have had dreams that are very very real, but I am usually an animal walking around, rather than myself. I've had a few very realistic dreams where I was a black jaguar and that has led me to believe that that may be my animal totem. I've also had feelings in dreams as if I was flying around as either an owl or a red tailed hawk. Those are some of my favorite dreams!
As far as ghost type stories, the only thing sort of close to that is what happened one night in my bedroom. I'm not one to have nightmares, and I rarely wake up scared from them, but this particular night I woke up with my heart pounding. I kept focusing on this one corner in my bedroom and it just seemed darker than the rest of the room. I felt a great need to leave the room as fast as I could. I ended up getting out of bed and running downstairs and I spent the rest of the night on the couch. When my parents came downstairs and saw me they asked why I was there and I just said I got spooked by something in my room and couldn't go back. The next night everything was back to normal. My house is only about 30 years old, so I don't think it is haunted. The first owner's wife did die, but I think it was of old age and she died in a hospital.
Another time I was outside feeding my animals in the winter and it was pitch black. Our property butts up to a 300 acre cow farm and we have woods in between us and our neighbors. The only light we can see comes from our house or our barn. This one night I went out there and I had the feeling someone was watching me. I looked over into the woods across from our barn and I saw a very big, white spotlight shining through towards the barn. It looked like it was far away, and I could figure out how it was shinging through all of the trees. It was stationary, unlike a flashlight. I have heard that there are hunters who set up tree stands in these woods even though they are not supposed to. Could have been that, but whatever it was it scared the heck out of me and I ended up running to the house as fast as I could carrying a pitchfork. The next morning my dad saw the pitchfork leaning up against the garage and I told him something was in the woods so I carried it for protection
