Any Of You Ever lived In A Haunted House?

I love house ghost stories. The wife and I looked at real estate for years.

She is very sensitive to the ghost thing. There were a few houses that we went

through and when she tuged my sleeve we were out of there.

Once a real estate agent asked why we left so suddendly. The wife confessed that

she felt a presence. The real estate agents face turned completely white and

then confessed that years ago a murder occured in the house and ever since then

the place has changed hands many times.

Yea wife.

We used to watch "A Haunting" every afternoon. My little girl loved it.

But after about a week of that, we heard the drawer in her bedroom slam shut. Her little brother was sitting next to me, big bro was at school, DH at work, and she was walking toward me. The bedroom was dark and nobody was in there. We stopped watching after that.

"Any Of You Ever lived In A Haunted House?"... YES
My stepdad took up a tire deal in south Fl so he had to stay there for a few months. We rented a house down in Bushnell. We would go stay with him every weekend. This was about 4 years ago But I remember it like it was yesterday.Since we didn't stay down there long,we bought acouple inflatable mattresses and camped out in one of the huge wood floor bedrooms. It was a really old house and always had a "eerie" feeling to it.

One night,Me,my two brothers and grandma were sleeping when one of the open windows slammed shut.I mean SLAMMED like someone did it on purpose. We kinda thought it was funny because we were already weirded out about that place. A few Min's later the door was shut.... It was fall so we didn't have the AC on and there was no wind.So thats 2 "odd" things that have happen within minutes of each other.

Now heres where it get really freaky. We were wide awake at this point just talking about how many spiders infested the house when we heard a loud voice that clearly said "GET OUT !!!".
We looked at each other in shock and I ran to my moms bedroom to see if she had said it...Nope her and my stepdad were both sound asleep. It sounded like an old lady's voice, kinda raspy like a elderly smoker sounds like.Even now I get goosebumps even thinking about the place much less watching a haunted movie.

I know some if you may be thinking "wow this chick is crazy" But I would NOT make this up and even to this day we try not to talk about it but we know what we saw and heard that night.Me and my grandma never went back up there.

We didn't tell mom till the next day but before we told her I had asked her if anyone had died there and I got this response- The elderly woman that owned the house had died in the same bedroom that we were staying in a few years back.Which explains why the house was rented out by her daughter.Mom didn't tell us because she didn't want us to be freaked out or anything... To late

We used to live in navy housing in San Diego, CA, and we would play hide and seek with my son. It was my turn to hide so I hid under my sons bed. Well, I am under the bed and all of a sudden someone sat on his bed, and said get off the bed. I tried pushing the mattress with my knee's . It was just a cheap little mattress that comes with the bunk beds, and it wouldn't budge. So, I started yelling get off the bed. About that time, my DH and son came in the room and asked who I was talking too.

Then one day we sent him up to his room to play, and we were watching TV downstairs, and he came out screaming, and crying saying "mommy that man bit me, why did he bite me. We go running upstairs, and there is no one there. A few days later I closed up all the windows, and made sure that there was no breeze in the room. I lite a candle, and told the man to walk towards the light that he was stuck here, and needed to travel on and leave my son alone. My mother in law told me to do that. So, I am doing this, and my DH's friends came over and started laughing at me for doing this, telling me that I am crazy. Mind you know, we didn't say anything in front of the children because we didn't want to scare them. Well while they are laughing at me while we are in the room. His friends little girl tugged on her shirt, and said "mommy who was that man that went under the bed". I have never seen people run out of room so fast in my life. After that the candle danced really high, and went back down. We never had a problem. I asked navy housing office if anything had happened in that house, and they said that a man had died in there many years ago.

My grandparents had built a new home in town when my mom and her sisters were little girls. She recalls everytime they would put their shoes in the closest and leave the bedroom, when they returned the shoes would be in the bedroom floor. They had seen a boy in their before too. In the livingroom the t.v. would come on or change channels if they were watching it, and the rocking chair would rock on it's own. They told their parents about the ghostly happenings but they never mentioned to anyone else. One day their neighbor starting talking to them (with grandpa -after ghost incidents) and were talking about the area and what used to be there and who lived around at one time and the neighbor said "yeah it was real sad when they found that little boy that had drowned in that ditch over there

(which was on their property).
Now me, myself I have never seen any strange activity, but I am sensitive to feeling odd (bad feeling, like I NEED to get outta there NOW feeling cause something ain't right) in some old - even some newer places

. Good day the Lord knows I'd have a heart attack if I ever seen anything. So there are no such things as ghost *closes eyes real tight, rocks back and forth saying to self "no such thang, no such thang* Seriously freaks me out!!

The original writer who worked on the book about this haunting said that he didn't believe the family. If you google it you can find his statements. He had been assigned the book so he had to finish it. According to him, he was told to make things up.

So, although I believe in the possibility of ghosts, I doubt this story.
