My sister from colorado was here last week and she was on this site to help track her daily diet and excercise.
Its a really helpful site from what I can tell, bit of a pain but I'm sure once I get the hang of it that it'll be easy as...pie. Darn no good subsitute for easy as pie.
Its so far made me want to excercise more because seeing my calories go up makes me feel like a piggy so that was a good motivation to go on a walk and run. Also did strength training for the first time ever
So anyone else in the fun? Or want to be
Apparently they only let you lose a pound a week and give you rewards for being a good fit person every so often.
