Any one know if this is normal?

My pullets are jumping at each other, fluffing up their neck feathers, and pecking each other's heads. I have noticed it most between three different pullets. Thanks and any advice on telling Brahma genders would help too.

pics??? as for the pullets...that is totally normal as long as they are not drawing blood.

Don't have pics, but one looks alot like a roo. Hope it isn't though already have my hands full with two cockerels and one cock. Hope it's normal.

If they're jumping at each other, then that really sounds like cockerels fighting to establish dominance. Try posting pictures in the "What Breed or Gender is This?" forum so you can get attention from people actively looking to help with identifying your birds - it will go a lot faster! Make sure to read the instructions on how to provide helpful pictures in your thread. Both sexes jump at each other when younger. It's a playful way to establish dominance.
