Hey all!!!

Just saying hi... My incubator is on the way. I think it should be here by March 5th.

My finally February egg count from 6 hens is 131

So happy the sun is coming up earlier! I don't feel so tired when my boy wants up a 6. I heard Mr. Peeps crowing... kind of like "hey, there's light. Let us out!"

USVI~ good deal. Our tax refund should be back by the 9th, then Iwant to find a cabinet to make a bigger incubator! Chickens are addictive, especially when they start out as cute little fluff balls

Man I would LOVE to do an egg journal like that! But first I have to convince the girls to get going and start with ONE egg.

I am getting one egg a day and not even sure who is laying it. I think they're drawing straws on who the "layer for the day" is.

I've set up my journal and found that my scale only does grams in 10's. Bah. So I have 4 eggs at 40g and today's is 50g. Of course today is not over and I am holding out hope that I get two!!!
