Any pattypan recipes?

We got about a dozen pattypan squashes. They are on the small-ish side... The average is prob'ly a little over three inches across. Anybody have any good recipes of what we can stuff them with?

I was over run with them this year!! I canned a lot...we ate a lot just cooked w/ a little sauted onion and butter, I grated some to use in the Zuch. bread in a jar recipe( just subtituted the pattipan for zuch) that was just wonderful,kids loved it and a great way to use them up, and I stuffed a few with pepperoni(cut up small), pattipan,onions, peppers and cheese tossed with bread crumbs a drizzle of olive oil, bake and yum!!
