Any Phoenix owners??

gorgeous! Luckily the ones I'm getting are bred for beauty as well as temperament! Standard size, he has every color I know of, but I am still trying to decide:p they are from the President of the American Phoenix Breeders Association!
Thank you! That's certainly a plus. ;) Nothing more special than birds who are beautiful both inside and out. :)

Sounds like you've got a big decision to make! :lol:

I got my white Phoenix at tractor supply. The employee picked two out of the bunch and ended with the pair. However, he started flying over the fence and going to nearby lots and didnt come back. But here is a pic of him with his long tail.

:eek::love sorry he ran off!
I had Silvers. Gorgeous birds! The hens were sweet and one hatched a clutch of eggs. The roosters were nasty! Meanest roosters I've had. I still remember my friend screeching at the top of her lungs and running away from my tiny little Phoenix roo :)
good thing mine are coming from sweet roos! 3 of them live in the owners house!

Do I need to cull these 2 gold hens with green legs and the greenish blue lobs? Or keep them the 2 gold roos also have green legs. They are from privett hatcheView attachment 1668988
get other opinions first... But in my Uneducated opinion they should be... Phoenix (to my knowledge) should have white earlobes, slate legs, and yellow skin.... Ok, I guess tenchnically it is an educated opinion:p
