Any possbile ideas on this one?

I know this is a "fizzle" but what breed would you guess. It has feathers on the legs so maybe a cochin? Also, what gender would it be?

I'd say 90% of the time Frizzles are Cochins, and yours is no exception.
I'd say you have a Red Frizzled Cochin Pullet
