    Anybody got any recipes for raccoon? Some people say it's the best when they're young......[​IMG]

    Crockpot it and toss in some carrots, potatoes, onions.

    BBQ, Fry them bake until tender, crock pot. Younger is better. Older has more of a greasy taste if not cooked right.

    I don't like that game/tallow taste so I find soaking all wild game over night in buttermilk to take that wild game/tallow taste out. Then cook it anyway you like it.

    Just for referance best wild game eating is Mountain lion. I have 7 hunting brothers and you never know what they are going to feed ya, they tell ya after you eat it. They take a trip out west to hunt them and always share.
