Any San Diego chicken people in Carmel Mountain Ranch?

Hi, I am sort of new. I am new to this site.{actually I signed up in 2011 - then began battling to keep my chickens} I purchased three baby Red Star Hens in Sept of 2011. I know that I am legal in San Diego, but I live in Carmel Mountain Ranch which has CC&R's. So because one of my neighbors does not like chickens I have been battling for almost two years to keep them. Soon we are going to go to arbitration. There is a chance that I could keep them and a chance that I could lose them. If anyone on this forum knows of anyone in the Carmel Mountain ranch area of San Diego that has chickens -- or any other unusual pets ( rabbits, reptiles etc) could you please let me know. They won't get into trouble. My attorney says that if I can show that I am being singled out (because I have an unreasonable neighbor) that I could win. Thanks for any help.-- If I win I hope to meet up with some local chicken people. My birds are Henrietta , Natalie, and Emily. Maureen

Hi mfischer.

I have lived in SD for most of my life (Point Loma, PB,Bay Park and Poway). I know there are chicken keepers in Carmel Ranch because I set up some of my coops there. I'll bet you would get better response if you posted on Sign on San Diego.
