Any suggestions for an incubator divider?

You know my views on cartons. I am happy you get good results, long may it continue.

My arguments are all about *best practise*. Many methods work, eggs are resilient. I simply question the wisdom of using methods that offer no apparent value, and might contribute to problems.

It's just worth checking the temperature in the divided section. Mine ended up too hot when I used a solid divider, probably because of the fan location.
