Any suggestions for an incubator divider?

Neither is it likely to. It might get a bit soggy is all.

Cardboard around eggs is an issue with egg cartons, or with sheets of paper towel, etc, on the base. A simple divider should e perfectly fine.

As I bet you remember, I use the pulp cartons to hatch in and neither them or the cardboard divider ever get wet or soggy.

You know my views on cartons. I am happy you get good results, long may it continue.

My arguments are all about *best practise*. Many methods work, eggs are resilient. I simply question the wisdom of using methods that offer no apparent value, and might contribute to problems.

The beauty of advice is that you are perfectly free to ignore it. I don't bite
