Any suggestions on integrating a lone hen into my flock of three?

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

So, I got right to it and fenced off a section of the big run and built on an addition on the back of the big chicken house so now Myrtle can mingle with the other chickens with out fear of getting hurt. I'll be working on adding some pictures of the ladies and their home sweet shortly.

Do you have a docile hen that didn't try to attack her? If so you might try putting her in with Myrtle and see how that goes (while you are watching). It goes better when you introduce new birds to a flock if they have a friend with them, which is why I am suggesting that.

Hi there, wanted to give an update on my flock and integration process. The hens are all doing well and loving the fresh spring. I was unable to integrate Myrtle into the living quarters of my original flock, due to Beatrice being a persistent bully. I have been allowing them to free range a large part of my back yard, which they love...especially Myrtle. Beatrice is still a bully, but having space to get away from the attacks seems okay by Myrtle. I have created a comfortable space for her in an adjoining run. She seems to prefer having her own space. She is much tidier then the other hens, with her designated sleeping, pooping and laying areas. Well, I'm off to explore some ideas on how to keep them out of my garden.
