any suggestions on red mange?

The only part I hate is that I paid $75 for 15 mls of Ivomec!!!!!!

OUCH!!!!!

That's 4-5 times what is should cost

Lots of feed stores carry it, or can order it, and you won't have to pay shipping.

There are also generic versions for a little less then the "Ivomec" brand name

I hope he clears up quickly!

The ivomec ran me 35.00 at "Southern States" the equvelant of TSC in Maryland for the 50ml bottle >i think< and I finally had hubby stop giving it to him. Hes going for his recheck next week and its been since July. He still have VERY little hair and hes crusty so we're going to have to have him tested for cushings disease, but in the mean time he's gone to getting 2 benedryl a day to ease the itchy. He had a very mild case when I took him, the vet even said he didnt believe it was the root of his problem but we needed to rid him of it before we could move forward. If you just squirt the ivomec on a teaspoon of canned food and mix it in, he'll gobble it right up no problem. If you run out of the ivomec, go to tsc its a TON cheaper. Good luck!!!
