Any suggestions on what type of food to feed a quail

Turkey crumble is the same as game bird feed here. It's like $8 for a small bag. Depends on how many quail you're feeding. They don't eat a lot. Give layers some oyster shells on the side.

Yes. All chicks need to be kept in the 90s at first. Also, you need more than one quail. I quail will be lonely and drive you crazy with peeping.

The rule of thumb is that for the first week they should be kept at 95 degrees f, decreasing by 5 degrees a week until you get them down to room temperature. So yes, you'll need some form of supplemental heat (unless they're four weeks old / fully feathered when you get them).
