Hen (or pullet depending on age) yes, not 100% sure on breed. Hopefully someone will chime in soon.

i would say some sort of mix, i had a mix chicken that looked similar to her (it is a hen).

it could be, but i had a chicken that looked like her and it didn't have a drop of welsummer blood in it.
