I have a male and noticed bleeding from back as I clean him up n Epsom salt bath to clean as he was covered in blood, I notice this is the cause 20241225_092011.jpg

Did you mean to add a picture?
I'd recommend not bathing a chicken that is ill. A bath can cause a lot of stress and stress alone can kill.
 
Is it on his back near the tail or more on the side? If it's on his back, it might be an infected preen gland, but it could be a pecking injury as well, though it's in an odd location for that.

I would keep it clean, apply some antibiotic ointment without pain killer (many of the pain killers used in those ointments are toxic to birds), and separate him in a warm, quiet place for a while.
