Hi all,
In about two months our rainy season will start to kick in (I'm in Portland, Oregon). Unfortunately, that means months of cold rain, heavy winds, and possibly a few ice/snow storms.
Since I'm a planner, I'd like to know if anyone has suggestions for keeping our three Indian Runner Ducks comfortable. This will be their first rainy season, and I'm new to keeping ducks, so I'd rather start getting prepared while it's still warm and dry.
In any case, their duck house is rather large for just three ducks, and we're adding flashing to the roof to keep them as dry as possible. We also have a covered patio in the backyard they can go under during the day if they want to get out of the elements (they're free range).
Anything we're missing?
