Any Tips For Making A Cheese Cake?

1-9" graham cracker pie crust and 1-8" graham cracker pie crust
3 pks of cream cheese (I use 2 regular and 1- 1/3 less fat, to make it a little less sinful

)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
1 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients together (except for the pie crusts

) and pour into crusts. Bake @ 350* for 50-60 minutes, until center of pie is just starting to brown. The last 5-10 minutes you've really got to watch it, it burns very quickly!!

Obviously, this makes 2, but I've found that using 2 pks cream cheese with 1-9" crust doesn't leave any room for the toppings

Plus it only costs another $2 to almost double the goodies

You can mix some chocolate chips into one of the mixes, and use an oreo pie crust instead of graham cracker, for a super yummy chocolate chip cheesecake!
