I'm getting a lavender Araucana any tips? He is a boy and I want a good breeding flock so far I have Isa Browns Sussex and Australorp.

Do you have photos of the bird/have seen it in person to be certain it is a true Araucana?
What is your goal in the breeding flock? If the hens listed are what you have in mind, you will be turning out "Easter Egger" chicks.
