Any tips on quieting my pullets?

If your coop is small, surrounding it with bales of straw will muffle the noises for your neighbours and provide some insulation from heat or cold, too.

Do they get any quieter when they get older?

Probably not. If this is their egg song then it's not going away unless they stop laying.

If it is something that's disturbing them, however, and you remove the issue, they might (might) stop.

Chickens are not quiet pets. Trying to quiet them is not like teaching a dog not to bark. It is trying to teach a chicken not to be a chicken.

This is good advice( I was trying to quote the poster who said they talked to neighbors)- I was worried about it every day and I just spoke to my nieghbors who said its not a problem and they dont mind. Giving eggs to them also helps
