Any way to change the number of posts per page?

I would like to have more than 10 posts per page. Like 100/page. It takes forever to switch pages with my slow internet, so more posts per page works better for me. I am on other boards that this is a setting under your account.

Not currently, but it is something we are looking into. Originally it was only going to be for premium members only, but that may not be possible with the plugin that adds the option to change the number of posts per page.
