I ordered from them this year. My original order shipped on Monday April 11, and I received a call about 830 in the morning on April 13 from the post office to pick them up. Unfortunately, one did not survive shipping and one died a couple of hours after I got home. I called them immediately upon arriving home about the first, and explained that the other one didn't look so good. They told me to call back the next day and they would send me two more or refund. I opted to have them reshipped and I ordered a 3rd one as well. Both of the ones that died were my only khaki campbells. So the 3rd one was a khaki as well. I had to pay for the additional birds. Overall I'm pretty happy. The first ones will be 2 weeks this coming Monday and the 3 khaki's will be 1 week this Monday. I will be ordering from them again, if I want more ducks.
I have 3 khakis, 3 runners (one male. The only male I have) and one Pekin.
