Anybody else have this problem with Ideal?

Gee whiz, what a mess! Well, at least after this is straightened out they will finally have it figured out about Broaddus. "What you got?" "What ever they broaddus."

Yeah, I'm not quite all there.

Anyway, I don't like the idea of them drop shipping an order from somewhere else. I wonder if they would have said anything about that if you hadn't called? The main thing is you are getting it worked out. Good luck!

I had good luck with Ideal - we have two post offices and I had changed my mind after placing my order. When I called to switch locations they were really nice about it and the chicks were delivered to the right one!

I gotta say the broaddus joke is quite funny!

My issue was not that I changed my mind about post offices, it was that they didn't send it to the right one to begin with. I'm gonna have to call them today about the 6 pullets and to find out where they came from, since it was a long weekend with labor day and all.
