Oh Clay. That is one of the parts I make it a point not to eat on any animal. I ordered some Bison offal once for the liver, heart and tongue. I got hypothalmus, pituitary, adrenals...etc. Those and the "oyster" went to the dog I pet sit. I would try it if someone cooked up up properly. But I am not going to waste my time on that.

Cocks comb is intreguing because it is all tissue, cartilage, muscle - Gee, what is it? Anyway, it seems somewhat harmless if a little bit weird! But there are other things that don't seem like they would taste good.... The gizzard and feet come to mind. I have eaten both of those, even love to eat those, so...
