Anybody hatching around the 3rd?

now that i've read what other people have said, im not too sure. I used the thermometer that came with the incubator (LG) and the one that came with the turner and they were both pretty much the same. Both read between 99 and 100 degrees.

I have eggs hatching as we speak. I am so excited this is my first hatch with eggs from my own chickens. Dad is a White Plymouth Rock and the moms vary from white plymouth rock, rhode island red, new hampshire red, black australorp. One is completely out of the shell, one is struggling I'm resisting the urge to help.
