Anybody in florida

Hey guys i've been looking for a cochin breeder or anybody that takes good care of there birds in the central florida and surrounding areas. I want some of these birds bad and have found some nice ones on craigslist but most of the people dont seem to know that much about them like when i ask "do you have cochins" they say "oh ya the birds that grow the feathers out of there feet right" so i was just wondering if anybody could give me some tips on anybody who strictly does cochins(bantams preferrably) aslong as there birds aint 50 dollars a piece like a couple i've seen on craigslist. Any info is greatly appreciated.
