Anybody know anything about MO divorce laws?

AS much as I hate to say it you need a lawyer to take care of this. AS to cosigning..........taking me several years to repair my credit after cosigning for my kids.....wont go into that. Talk to the lawyer but keep him/her away from you chickens!

Thanks Tx - I needed that laugh about the chickens this morning! You can do a lot of things but don't mess with my chickens! (Or any of my animals - you can mess with my husband all you want, 'cause he can take care of himself, but not my animals.)

They need to sell the car and go their seperate ways. She needs a job and if YOU decide to help her you should offer to help by buying a car you can 'afford' paying CASH and letting it go at that. YOU will be better off in the long run. And any cash she may garner out of the sale *ha ha* could be spend towards the other car.
