Anybody Know what breed this is??

That is NOT an accurate way of sexing a chicken.

If you look, his comb is getting reader and bigger, and he also has pointy hackle/saddle feathers.

I have 3 hens with spurs- well, one has only one spur...

My Buttercups got them at 14 weeks, and since I get eggs from them, I'm claiming them as hens. I have a BR with one...it's a little odd, but that's how she is!

I'm thinking the feathers at the base of the tail look a bit pointy for a pullet- are they coming in skinnier and pointier than they used to be? That would indicate roo.

#2 I hadn't put in a guess, but even though the comb still looks small for 4 months of age, it has the coloring of an EE cockerel.

It looks younger than 4 months - are you sure of the age? I believe a 4 month old chicken should be about the same size as your full-grown chickens.

Ohhh...okay, thanks! I can see the hackle/saddle feathers. I guess I was mostly looking at his face. Do 4-month-old chickens usually have pretty well developed wattles?

I have a couple EE's that are both girls (they lay) and at first I thought they were boys because they have the pointy look to there feathers because of the coloring. When I looked closer I could see they were actually rounder. For now I would say that your EE is a pullet, because the comb is really small and pale for 4 months and the feathers aren't exactly that "obviously rooster". I would wait a little longer until signs become more obvious.

How sure are you that the EE in question is 4 months old? Is it just because the seller claims that age? Can you take a picture of it with one of your older chickens so we can see the size comparison? The comb is small for a 4 month old EE rooster (although I do think it is a roo).
