I haven't joined the team, or any other message boards on Sparks, but am using the trackers and journal every day. Also reading lots of really great articles on nutrition and health. In the last 3 weeks I have managed to drop 10 pounds, and have recalculated my caloric and nutritional needs. That's one of the things I like, at various points you can weigh in again and get a new plan. And the tracker gives you a report every day, and then every week as to how well you have done at keeping or meeting your goals. I keep thinking that I might join the BYC team, but then realise that I have enough message boards and stuff already.
