Anybody try "freedom rangers" or Rosambro breeds?

MT-DI told me that their Rosambro grows faster and has a lot more breast meat and a broader breast than their Red Ranger, which they also call a Freedom Ranger on their website. I thought Freedom Ranger was a name used only by JM/Freedom Ranger Hatchery for their colored broilers. But MT-DI has their own breeding stock and does not drop ship from FRH.

I've really been happy with Freedom Rangers from JM/FRH but was interested in trying some other varieties of colored broilers. I didn't order from MT-DI this time because with shipping it costs less at FRH, plus MT-DI doesn't take phone payments so it would take longer to get the chicks here. I'm waiting to hear back from Noll's.

If you like nice breast meat the Rosambro is hard to beat. Nolls will be more along the line of a FR just alot less expensive depending I guess on where you are shipping them too. .60Cents for 100 Roos is a hard to beat price.

Where do ya'll get your Rosambros? I've done Cornish, Red Broilers, and now have Freedom Rangers coming next week. I'd like to try the Rosambros too.

I get mine from MT-DI hatchery they have a web site they are located in PA so not sure how well they would ship to CA
