Anybody watch Battlestar Galactica?

They sure are leaving a LOT to be tied up in one episode.

Here's my question... Someone explain this to me...

Where do they come up with the 'hybrids' that run the Cylon ships? How do they create them? Does anyone know?

And what makes a hybrid a hybrid. Anders is supposed to be full on cylon. I think that in hindsight the writers shouldn't have called them hybrids in the first place. I would say Hera is a hybrid.

That epi had alot of flashbacks that were total filler. One such scene was Starbuck meeting Lee. Then Lee chasing a pigeon with a broom. All of Rosalyn's scenes. The only flashbacks that meant anything were Adama and it only being one hour of his life (probably the opening of the Gallactica museum) and 6 helping with Baltar's dad.

I didn't view the scenes as filler. To me they fleshed out relationships and character developments as time went by. Anders main concern was 'perfection' seeing as how he's one of the designers of the current cylons that's important in ways. He didn't care about the game or season instead just cared about being perfect.

I also I think something with a bird or a pigeon will come into play some where this week. At least I hope it does otherwise that was a very stupid filler scene that made no sense at all.

Edited to add I know I'm being Captain Obvious on that hybrid thing, but it is really just how you look at it.

All I know is that I doubt I will be satisfied with one two hour episode left - ?????

I was hoping they would pull a fast one on us - ya know the "end" of battlestar Galactica is really just the end of the ship and not the end of the story...

But I dunno.

Unfortunately I don't think that'll be the case because of the new series Caprica coming out. I know I'll watch it, but I doubt I like it as much as BSG.

On the Battlestar being destroyed.... I do believe Hera already let us know what's going to go down there. She had that model and crashed it into that base ship. I'd bet that's what happens.

I do wonder myself how it will end and or should I say how it will begin. My husband has given up watching it because he is lost. I thought it was funny that he wanted to watch it myself, since I am the sci-nut, not him.

And now...I am still watching and he is confused.
