Anybody Watching the CMA Awards?

Hands down, the WORST sound mixing I've ever heard - You can't hear most of the performers' vocals. The guitar duel with Brad Paisley & Keith Urban to start the show was great, tho.

Some other mid-level performances, until it came to George Strait.

Wow - 'King' George Strait's song "Flowing On The River Of Love" is awesome! Very nice song. I'd never heard it before, but it made watching the awards worthwhile all by itself.

You missed Kid Rock - He was the 4th performer. It was just OK. The sound mix was bad for him too.

Yeah I'm kind of watching, I used to watch the CMA awards from start to finish when they had good and real entertainers like Dolly, Lynn Anderson, Tammy Wynette, etc. One of our local DJs is up for an award, Bob Pickett.

I LOVED Kelly Pickler. She looked like she was having a blast and was relaxed. Alan Jackson is on now and I hate that dang song.
