anybody who is experianced with scissor beak

Hello! I am new to the blog. I have adopted a chick with scissor beak. It's 3 weeks old and will be arriving tomorrow (Saturday). I'm wondering if there is anything I should do to help make its life easier and more comfortable. I'm going to be keeping it in my house till its big enough to go out with my other chickens. I am a bit timid on how they will do with the new one. I will be getting other chicks on Sunday as well. If anybody has any tips for caring for birds with scissor beak that would be very helpful! Any information regarding what I should feed it and how it will drink, things like that. Thank you very much. any advice is greatly appreciated!

I have never had a crossbeak before. I am so sorry about your bird!
