Anybody's MPC EEs laying blue eggs?

When I ordered my chicks MPC was still calling them Ameraucana chicks, but then in their description saying they were Easter Eggers with the blue egg gene. If I knew then what i know now I would have held out and found a breeder to get true ameraucanas from.
I love my girls, they ae very sweet, but maybe my little silkies will hatch me out a couple "True Blue" Ameraucanas in the spring. Then I will have to grow them up and prey they are girls ( no roosters allowed here)

Thanks for all your input

By the description you just gave, some day when I finally get a bator I would love to get some eggs from you! Those colors sound terrific!

At the moment, I dont have an Ameraucana rooster, unfortunately. My Ameraucanas bred to my BR roosters will produce daughters who lay green eggs, but nowhere near blue. Panda is one of those. She looks like a BR with white legs and a crumpled up comb. In the basket below, the really blue one (I promise you it is NOT touched up at all) is from my blue Ameraucana, Nora. The greenish one on the right if from Panda, Zane's daughter with my older blue Ameraucana, Charlotte.

One of my EE bantams from MPC lays a green egg and the other lays a brown one. My third one ended up being a rooster! Also, I have a mutt offspring bantam from the green egg layer, who lays an even brighter green egg than her mother.
