Anyone built a Catawba Ark?

I have not built a Catawba Ark, but I have built 4 arks from the this web site http://richland.uwex.edu/ag/poultrylinks.html

here are a few pics

They cost about $130 each in materials

I clicked your link and it didn't work. Then I googled for it and found this link richland.uwex.edu/files/2010/11/A3908-02.pdf
Which worked great! I'm saving this PDF for later.

I know this is a really old post, probably no reply, but nevertheless, @homeschoolmama did you ever build @spangledcornish coop? I was thinking of building it and posting it up 24" or so. There would be more run space for a permanent coop for 4 standard hens. Then using welding wire and wood instead of chicken wire and siding. Has anyone built this coop? It seems like a nice base. I found it here: http://richland.uwex.edu/files/2010/11/A3908-02.pdf

Then I got to the end of the thread and saw that this person already found the link. LOL!!!

Well as of today we know that the link still works! Thanks for posting!

yes the links changed as the office switch web site formats. If any one does build them and is willing to share a photo or two, I do use them in poultry talks I give. if you would like to send a photo of an ark you built for those plans please send them to me at: [email protected]
