Anyone else get yellow chickens?

While processing our turkeys this weekend we decided to do some of our roo's too. They were EE's, and when we were done I noticed that their skin is yellow? Is this normal for this type of bird? Or was I just feeding them very very well? lol

skin color varies in birds; white, yellow and even black. Any number of breeds could have contibuted yellow skin to your EE. Some people prefer one skin color over another, and different countries have stronger ethnic preferences towards the same. I haven't noticed a taste difference and there for coould care less, but I have heard others say they can tell.
