I have 3 pips!!!

1 Spitz and 2 D'Uccles. The D'Uccles are actually due a day later than the rest.
Now I have to try to go to sleep.

Wish me luck with the sleeping thing. Maybe there will be a chick to greet me when I get up.

Nothing happening in my bator this morning. The humidity is over 70 now. Is that an issue?

Well this waiting bites

I dont know what the heck is going on with the three that were to hatch monday i candled i cant see much nor can i see movement should i just toss them ? I had a chick hatch on Sunday and 2 on Tuesday one ziped and did not make it. The others are due today and tomorrow so far no pips

My duck eggs r moving some so i hope they hatch. One of the eggs that is past due is small compared to the rest so maybe he just was to small but I am afriad to toss it what if he is alive ??

My mystery banty eggs should be hatching sometime on Saturday & Sunday. My sweet girl continues to sit on those eggs... I sure hope she's able to successfully hatch them - she deserves it after all of this sitting!

The bator is full of chicks. 2 oegb eggs are pipped out of 5. And I have a couple more brahmas and faverolles to hatch.

I am late joining this tread but I have 4 eggs under a broody due today or tomorrow. I encouraged my broody to get up and get some exercise last night and no one had pipped yet. She is on 2 green EEx Blue orp, and 2 unknown brown egg layers x blue orp.

Then I have a bunch of Black Australorps and Buff orps in my bator due the 4th!

I forced myself to not look or mess with the eggs last night hoping for some chicks this morning. I got up and threw some stale popcorn to my broodies so they'd take a break. We have 2 pips and both eggs are rocking like crazy in the nest right now!!!

So 2 pips out of the 5 remaining eggs. 1 is a white silkie and 1 one is a buff silkie!!!
