Don't mark the eggs with a Sharpie or a Vivid, it's bad for the embryos inside, use a pencil

Hey, so I have 7 hatched, and 10 more pipped.
I had it at 70% humidity over night.
As the shells open and release their moisture, I am noticing a humidity ring developing around the incubator.
My humidistat now reads 84%.
Is this going to harm the hatching chicks?

I read somewhere about them drowning if condensation builds between the shell and the membrane. Thank you for easing my worries! (This is my first time, and I’m a bit overly paranoid!!lol)

They are so cute. Im hoping my duck eggs are good. It was on the cold side the morning we went and got them. I hope to try and candle them tomorrow to see or do an eggtrasound as I call it..lol
