My flock of frizzles, silkies, polish, cochins & japanese bantams are all 2 months old. I had other chickens so I know the magic age is 5 months for eggs & I can't wait!!!

Yes, mine were hatched May 27. RIRs, they are so neat looking, and don't mind being handled. They roost at night. I'd send a pic but I don't know how.

I've got some SLW's and GLW's that are about 2 months. Here's some pics of my silvers.

I just switched them from starter to a layer/scratch ration.

Mine are 8 weeks old. All of them except the new one Marla we got yesterday. She may be a tad older/younger.

We had to take one of our 8 week old EE's to the family farm. Turned out she was a he and waking us up at 5 am this past couple of weeks.

In return they gave us Marla who must be some type of hybrid or mutt but none the less she is very calm, loves to be held and very pretty.

Our run is being expanded as well. So what you se in the photo is changing to a 16 x 20 run with a 6 ft height and no top except where the steel roof it. That section will stay with the framing but all wire sections will come down when the new run is finished in a week or so.
