Anyone else have problems with call ducks not bathing?

Their feathers and the back of their heads look as if the larger ducks have been either bullying them or attempting to breed them. This may be a social dominnce problem?

Unless they are being bullied at night when I'm not around, I don't think that's the issue. The littlest one had a serious issue with angel wing and shortened feathers. The others are just dirty because they refuse to use the ponds.
