I've tried doing a registry cleaner several times (I think). If it helps, when the page crashes the "Aw, Snap!" error page comes up.

hm.... then i would make sure you have the latest versions of flash player from adobe and java from sun microsystem's... would explain the video issue in part...

Google Chrome has extensive help files that may give you an idea, I think its in the corner with the wrench

Thanks! I went to the recommended article for the "Aw, Snap!" error message, but they say to uninstall the Google Chrome Translator which I do not have.

www.adobe.com and sunmicrosystems.com

Problem has been solved. We tried uninstalling then reinstalling it. There were some problems with the Task Manager that were slowing it down and not allowing it to load properly, but it should all be fine now. Thanks for your help Boyd and everyone else

Hey, I'm a 'fox user! It isn't a great browser but I always go back to using it!

I've had a few problems with Chrome loading pages with flash, too.
