Anyone else on east coast getting ready to bring your birds inside ahead of the storms?

m in tornado watch along with probably hundreds of millions of others here in the east Im in north eastern maryland and trying to decide when to bring my birds inside. it take me a good 20 minutes or more to get everyone moved and things buckled up and i dont want to be out in the storm when it hits

I brought them all inside and then we got a tornado warning so I sat in basement with my Mom my dog and all the birds lol It was a good time Tornado was about 10-15 miles away and no one harmed

We also get tornados here in the south. I’ve often wondered what the newscast would look like the following day:
“The tornado itself didn’t kill anyone, but one unfortunate woman was mauled to death in her basement bathroom by 2 dogs and assorted chickens. Back to you Bob.”
