Sheesh... I discovered skinning is NOT for me!
It was much more difficult and time-consuming than plucking, IMO. We only got less than 1/3 of our birds done, since we had to time them between rain showers
, and I might not have time to do many tomorrow, between my doctor's appointment and more potential showers.
So I guess the rest will get a reprieve for a few weeks, since next weekend we will be out of town. *sigh*
