Anyone else setting eggs this fall?

I set my very first batch on the First. i'm so excited! I saw some veins today in my little sebrights!

LOL I have three maybe four trays of eggs going in the cabinet bator - a drawback to having that 600+ egg monster working, one tray of seramas, one barnyard tray and one sizzle tray with the addition of the first guinea egg in it and three Sizzles in Darthbator, and more eggs coming this week. Third batch.

No more power outtages, and no dogs unplugging the fans to cause a 134 degree temp spike.

No postal gorilla attacks. That accounts for all of those eggs the first 3 times. To a total of two surviving Rocks and ONE BC Marans (one of the extra eggs of course).

I'm looking for some luck this time around but I am persistent. Gonna win this war eventually. Of course there are at least two more trays available in that antique cabinet bator ( aka Goliath).

I filled a bator with bantams, turkeys and cuckoo marans yesterday. I just ordered some more BCM's this morning to go into the bator when i get them. I plan on hatching BCM's all winter when they start laying.

I'm on day 8 today

I have 12 babies growing right now but 2 are in 1 egg and they were all laid by very young birds so we will see. The roo was an EE.

Ive got a bunch of designer duck eggs in the bator. As well as a broody magpie on a nest of 26 eggs and two more ducks gettingready to set
