Anyone else sick?

I hope you all feel better soon. My daughter and I had the stomach bug about 3 weeks ago and then my son got a cold, that turned into an ear infection and he gave it to me and I got a sinus infection. I have been on an antibiotic since Monday so I am finally starting to feel better.

I haven't been sick since I started taking 5000 iu of Vitamin D3 every day. I'm usually really sick in December or January, and so far so good! Twice in the last 6 months I felt a cold coming on, so I boosted up to 10,000 iu every day for about a week, and never got sicker than some ibuprofen and nasal spray for 3 days couldn't handle.

I patted him on the arm in the grocery store one day and told him to platz and wait. That went over like a lead balloon.

4 am, feverish, vomiting, the runs... totally miserable... after 4 days of this. If I weren't losing so much weight I would very unhappy LOL
